Job Overview Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13‑week assignment in Monroe, Wisconsin. The position is a contract role with a 40‑hour work week, 8‑hour shifts, and is based on an 8.0‑hour shift schedule. Responsibilities This role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the organization’s vision, values, mission, and critical goals into daily job performance, providing high‑quality physical therapy services within a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) / Long‑Term Care (LTC) setting.
