Dermatology Nurse Practitioner

A health services organization in Illinois is actively seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join their team in Perry County for a 3-day assignment conducting dermatological examinations in a wellness setting.
About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Day
- Schedule: June 15-17th
- Hours: 8am to 4pm
- Setting: Clinic
Responsibilities:
- Conducting visual skin examinations
- Identifying sun damage and suspicious moles
- Providing sun-protection guidance
- Documenting in EMR
- Ensuring a caring and positive patient experience
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- Master's Degree
- IL Nurse Practitioner (NP) license
- EMR proficiency
- Solid assessment, clinical, and documentation skills
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
Desired Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience conducting screenings
- Advanced Degree in Dermatology
- Certification in Skin Cancer Screening
- Dermatology certification
- Proficiency in Sun Care recommendations
