Litigation Associate Attorney - Boston, Hartford, or Providence

Hinckley Allen is seeking a commercial litigation associate to join its Boston, Hartford, or Providence office. The ideal candidate will have two (2) to four (4) years of experience representing a range of clients in complex corporate and commercial disputes. The candidate should also be experienced with pleadings, motions, and discovery practice, including e-discovery. Deposition and/or court appearances are a plus. Candidate must possess strong research, analytical and writing skills. Admission to the Massachusetts, Connecticut or Rhode Island Bar is required. The position offers an excellent opportunity to assume significant responsibility and hands-on experience in a collaborative and team-oriented work environment. Candidates must possess problem-solving skills and judgment, must excel in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment, and must be highly motivated with excellent communication skills. Salary Range: $140,000 - $190,000.
