Senior Solutions Marketer
Lovable is hiring a Senior Solutions Marketer to own how we tell our story across every audience — from solo builders to Fortune 500 teams. You'll shape positioning, run integrated campaigns, and help us identify where to aim next. It's a rare blend of strategist, storyteller, and operator, at one of Europe's fastest-growing companies.

What We're Looking For
8+ years in solutions or product marketing. You've spent meaningful time in solutions marketing, product marketing, or integrated campaign roles at B2B SaaS or developer-focused companies — and you've done it across multiple audience segments at once.
Product marketer at your core. You read the docs, talk to engineers, use the product yourself. You need to deeply understand the technology and competitive landscape before you write a single word of copy.
Genuinely strong writer and storyteller. You craft narratives that are clear, compelling, and differentiated — whether it's a positioning doc, a launch post, or a campaign brief. You can write a sharp headline and a quarterly campaign plan.
Analytically sharp, systems thinker. You synthesize market data, customer insights, and sales signal to identify ICP fit and white space — and you default to building repeatable frameworks over one-off outputs.
0-to-1 operator. You build processes where none exist, navigate ambiguity, and move fast in a scaling environment. You're cross-functional glue between product, GTM, content, and leadership.
Preferred: Experience at a PLG company where self-serve and enterprise motions coexist; background marketing developer tools, no-code/low-code, or AI products; portfolio of positioning or narrative work you're proud of.
What You'll Do
Own Lovable's solutions positioning and messaging framework across all key audiences — individual creators, startups, SMBs, and enterprise teams — keeping them coherent without losing segment-specific resonance.
Lead narrative development for how Lovable shows up in market: craft the stories, frameworks, and positioning that connect our platform's capabilities to the outcomes each audience actually cares about.
Design and execute integrated campaigns spanning content, digital, events, and sales enablement — with clear ownership of awareness, engagement, and pipeline metrics.
Partner with product and engineering to develop deep product fluency — understanding the roadmap, the technology, and the competitive landscape well enough to be a credible voice with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Identify and prioritize emerging verticals, personas, and use cases through market analysis and customer/sales signal — then build the GTM playbooks to go after them.
Build and maintain a library of use case narratives, customer proof points, and competitive positioning assets for the broader marketing and sales org to leverage.
Continuously experiment with AI tools and workflows to accelerate your own output — from research and competitive analysis to content production — and share what works with the team.
Projects you'll tackle first: Audit and rebuild Lovable's solutions messaging framework across segments; define or sharpen our ICP across the PLG and enterprise motions; develop the first set of vertical-specific campaign playbooks; build out a competitive positioning library for the sales team.
