Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary Provide education and support to patients and their families Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care Document patient care activities accurately and timely Participate in case management and discharge planning Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards Requirements Graduate of a Registered Nursing program.
