Job Title Electrician – AM Job Family E&M Background Package Safety Specific – with drug screen Location & Hours 1400 W 375N, Lebanon, IN 46052 Hours: Monday‑Friday 7:00 am – 3:30 pm, potential for some OT Work Setting In‑Person (new site, currently working in office trailers) Assignment Duration 5 months, possible extension, potential conversion to FTE (salary 80‑90 K/year) Team Overview Some independent work and some teamwork; daily check‑in; assigned project manager; scheduled maintenance tasks Licenses & Certifications OSHA 10 certification (highly preferred) Electrician’s license (highly preferred) Required Skills Electrical skills – Commercial, Industrial Electrical and lighting systems operation, repair, maintenance, new installation Reading and interpreting maintenance records, proactive inspection scheduling Strong organizational skills, ability to analyze solutions, advanced math skills Physical ability to stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs/ladders, lift up to 50 lbs Valid driver’s license High School Diploma, GED, trade school diploma with 3–4 years experience; formal apprenticeship preferred Master Electrician license required locally Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook) Nice to Have Skills Troubleshooting skills Client facing, good customer service skills, highly professional attitude Experience 5+ years Software Skills Basic computer skills; CMMS Experience Preferred Interview Process First round virtual, second round in‑person with site tour. About the Role As an Electrician, you will inspect, repair, and maintain mechanical and electrical equipment in assigned facilities. Responsibilities Oversee electrical and lighting systems' operation, repair, and maintenance; perform new installations of equipment. Check, repair, and replace components of electrical and lighting systems (valves, motors, controls, switches, gauges, wiring, fans, pumps, compressors, condensers, cores, pipes). Ensure equipment is maintained and operating safely. Review historical maintenance records to create proactive inspection, testing, and preventive maintenance schedules. Provide efficient and reliable service to customers. Apply general knowledge of standard principles and procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems. Maintain broad knowledge of own discipline and some knowledge of other disciplines within the function. Lead by example, model behaviors aligned with RISE values; may negotiate to reach agreements. Impact the quality of own work and the work of others on the team. Work primarily within standardized procedures and practices to meet objectives and deadlines. Explain complex information to others in straightforward situations. Qualifications High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 3–4 years job‑related experience. Master Electrician license required as dictated by local electrical codes. Valid driver’s license. Physical ability to stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs/ladders, lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs or more. In‑depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems. Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents. Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
