???? What You’ll Do
As a New Business Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for new clients—helping protect what matters most while building strong, lasting relationships.

• Connect with new prospects through calls, referrals, and networking 
• Identify customer needs and match them with the right solutions 
• Follow up and build relationships that turn into long-term clients 
• Learn and stay sharp on new products and coverage options 
• Help drive growth in a fast-paced, team-focused environment 

???? What You’ll Get

• Base Salary: $30,000–$40,000 + uncapped commission 
• Paid training + licensing support (no experience required) 
• 60-day hands-on development program 
• Clear path into a fully commissionable sales role
