About the Role:

Join GAMMA SURGERY CENTER LLC as a Surgical Tech and become a vital part of our dedicated surgical team. In this fast-paced environment, you'll assist in delivering exceptional patient care while working with advanced surgical technology.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain the sterile field during surgical procedures.

Assist surgeons and nurses by providing necessary instruments and supplies.

Ensure all surgical instruments are accounted for before and after procedures.

Support patient positioning and monitoring during surgeries.

Assist in cleaning and sterilizing surgical instruments and equipment.

Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Participate in inventory management of surgical supplies.

Adhere to safety protocols and infection control standards.

Requirements:

Completion of an accredited surgical technology program.

Current certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) required.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a surgical setting.

Strong knowledge of surgical instruments and procedures.

Strong ophthalmology preferred

Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations.

Commitment to patient safety and quality care.

Willingness to work flexible hours, Monday - Friday, no call, no weekends.
