Signia by Hilton Indianapolis is one of the most anticipated hotel openings in the region, ideally located in the heart of downtown with direct skywalk access to both the Indiana Convention Center and Lucas Oil Stadium — and just seven miles from the iconic Indianapolis Motor Speedway. With seven distinct dining experiences including a top-level sky lounge, premium wellness offerings, and the largest ballroom in Indiana, this property is set to redefine the luxury hospitality experience in Indianapolis. The ideal candidate brings at least 1 year of restaurant experience, has a polished and professional communication style, and is eager to learn and grow within the hospitality industry.

Shift Pattern: Full Availability, 7 days a week, weekends and holidays included.

As a Food and Beverage Attendant , you’re not just providing food and drink service – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Responsibilities

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Delight our guests: Welcome executive guests upon arrival and provide support throughout their stay, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints to ensure an exceptional experience
• Prepare for exceptional service: Set up for service including stocking serviceware, arranging furniture, preparing coffee and/or bar stations, and displaying food and beverages
• Maintain service stations: Make sure food and beverage stations are always fully stocked, clean, and organized throughout service
• Manage serviceware and inventory: Collect used serviceware, monitor and inspect inventory quality, and restock the kitchen
• Comply with regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member well-being
