OBJECTIVE:

Maintains sanitary conditions by washing dishes, pots and pans, and cleaning the kitchen area to required health standards. Carries out work duties based on instructions from management and the existing procedures in place.

TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS:

Works in a kitchen environment. Ability to work in hot, humid and wet conditions, exposed to high heat, cold and steam is necessary.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Always be NICE to fellow staff and players; find every opportunity to offer a friendly smile, wave and greeting
2. Washes dishes, pots, silverware, cooking utensils, and pans using a dish machine or manually.
3. Cleans kitchen-related equipment including cutting boards, steam tables, deep fryers, ovens range tops, steamers, speed racks, shelves, walk-in refrigerators, freezers and dish washing machines.
4. Removes trash, recycling and linens to the designated areas
5. Sweeps and mops the floors.
6. Clean trash cans, drains and walls.
7. Stack and organize clean dishes, glasses and silverware.
8. Staff members must adhere to regulatory, department and company policies.
9. Must be able to complete tasks unsupervised.
10. Must have a flexible schedule and reliable transportation
11. Perform other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum 18 years old and no previous job-related experience

Ability to follow oral/written instructions, and operate a dish washing machine

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, push and pull heavy carts,

Must reach above shoulder-height, able to squat and kneel.

Must purchase and wear slip resistant shoes.
