Machine Operator (Bilingual English/Spanish)
Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a dedicated Bilingual Machine Operator in Marietta, GA . In this dynamic and high-earning role, you will be responsible for operating precision machinery in a safe, modern facility where your bilingual skills will help bridge communication gaps and drive team success. In a Machine Operator job you’ll be responsible for:
Setting up, operating, and maintaining metal manufacturing machinery.
Monitoring production lines to ensure smooth operation and troubleshooting minor issues.
Conducting quality checks on finished metal products to meet company standards.
Translating instructions or assisting with communication between English and Spanish-speaking team members as needed.
Adhering to all safety protocols and maintaining a clean work environment.
What you’ll need:
Fluency in both English and Spanish (verbal and written).
Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or machine operation environment (metal manufacturing is a plus!).
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, or production orders.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
Flexibility to complete the initial weekday training schedule.

Regular Shift: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Regular Pay: $18.50 / hour
Training Period: Must be available to train on weekdays for the first 1 to 2 weeks (Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) at $15.00 / hour . After training, you will transition to the weekend schedule and the full $18.50/hr rate.
