Account Director

Carousel's Account Director will require outstanding communication, organization and leadership skills along with a positive, motivated and entrepreneurial attitude. This role will be full-time, on-site, with some hybrid work opportunities.

Our ideal candidate will bring vast agency experience, along with a strategic backbone and marketing prowess, who will work quickly and nimbly alongside a growing team to drive projects forward. Owner of multiple workstreams through planning, resourcing and scheduling – keeping projects on brand, on time and on budget. Most critically, our Account Directors manage internal and external expectations while maintaining healthy, high-quality relationships with our world-class clientele. This integral role is key to producing the top tier work that Carousel is known for.

Qualification:

• Four Year Degree Preferred, not required.
• 5-10 Years Professional Experience - Brand, Creative, Advertising Agency preferred.
• Experience working with Google Workplace, Dropbox, Slack, Adobe and Figma.
• High attention to detail required to work on industry-leading work for world-class clients.
• Growth mindset and desire to learn and challenge yourself in new ways.
