Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is hiring Licensed Massage Therapists for our Weston location, with additional opportunities available in Sunrise-Sawgrass and Hollywood .

We provide the clients, marketing, scheduling support, linens, supplies, and an established membership base so you can focus on delivering excellent massage services and building loyal client relationships.

Compensation

• Typical earning potential of $1,200–$1,800 per week

Sign-On Bonus

• $2,000 sign-on bonus for full-time massage therapists

• Paid in installments based on active employment, attendance, performance, and eligibility requirements

What You’ll Do

• Perform customized massage services based on each guest’s needs
• Conduct professional consultations before every service
• Provide Swedish, Deep Tissue, and approved massage modalities
• Recommend appropriate enhancements and ongoing massage care
• Encourage guests to prebook future appointments
• Build repeat clientele through excellent service and communication
• Complete service notes accurately and on time
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, stocked, and professional treatment room
• Follow Florida licensing requirements and Hand & Stone protocols

Qualifications

• Active Florida Massage Therapist license
• Proficiency in Swedish and Deep Tissue massage
• Sports massage, stretching, prenatal, or advanced modality experience is a plus
• Strong communication and guest-service skills
• Professional, dependable, and punctual
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to safely perform consecutive massage services

Schedule Opportunities

Weekday, evening, weekend, full-time, and part-time schedules are available.

Evening and weekend availability provides the strongest opportunity for consistent bookings and higher earnings. Schedules are based on therapist availability, guest demand, and spa needs.
