Electronic Assembly1st Shift Monday – Friday$20+/hrOrchard ParkExpress Employment of West Seneca has partnered with a great company in the Orchard Park area to fill an immediate need for a full-time Electronic Assembly.Position SummaryThe Electronic Assembly Technician is responsible for assembling, wiring, and testing electronic components and systems according to technical specifications, schematics, and work instructions. This role requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and basic knowledge of electronics.Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble electronic components, circuit boards, and subassembliesRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagramsPerform soldering of components using hand tools and equipmentInspect completed assemblies for quality and compliance with standardsTest electronic units using multimeters and other diagnostic equipmentTroubleshoot and repair faulty components or assembliesMaintain a clean and organized work environmentFollow safety procedures and company guidelinesDocument production and test results accuratelyRequired Skills & QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent (technical training preferred)Basic understanding of electronics and circuitryAbility to read schematics and technical drawingsExperience with soldering and hand toolsStrong attention to detail and manual dexterityGood hand-eye coordinationAbility to follow instructions and work independently or in a teamPreferred QualificationsAssociate degree or certification in electronics or a related fieldExperience in manufacturing or assembly environmentsBasic computer skills for documentation and testing softwareWork EnvironmentManufacturing or production settingMay require sitting or standing for extended periodsUse of small tools and precision equipmentPossible exposure to soldering fumes (with proper ventilation and PPE)Physical RequirementsAbility to handle small componentsGood vision (may require magnification tools)Ability to lift light to moderate materials (typically up to 25 lbs)To be considered for this position, you can:Call View phone number on click.appcast.io select option 3Text #APPLY to View phone number on click.appcast.ioGreat benefits offered once full time!10 days of PTO accrued annually following a 90 day eligibility period.Health insurance thru Independent Health.
