Schedule Full-time Monday–Friday No nights or weekends Why You’ll Love Working Here Competitive hourly pay Paid holidays Paid Time Off (PTO) after one year of employment Employee referral bonus program Paid training Professional development opportunities Supportive leadership team Beautiful, well-equipped classrooms Positive, team-focused culture Opportunities for career growth within The Goddard School What You’ll Do Create and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment Lead daily classroom routines and learning experiences Build positive relationships with children and families Monitor children’s growth and communicate developmental progress with families Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming classroom Ensure compliance with all state licensing and Goddard standards Collaborate with school leadership and mentor Assistant Teachers What We’re Looking For High school diploma or GED CDA, TCC, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field Experience as a Lead Teacher in a daycare, preschool, or childcare setting Strong classroom management and organizational skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Passion for early childhood education and child development CPR and First Aid certification is a plus About Us For more than 20 years, The Goddard School of Roswell (Holcomb Bridge) has provided exceptional early childhood education in a caring, supportive environment.
