We are seeking Avionics Assembly Technicians for an opportunity in Kent, WA (98032) . This is a 6+ month onsite contract role supporting flight and test hardware builds.
Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (onsite in Kent, WA) with OT available
In this role, you would be:
- Building components across test and flight environments
- Performing board-level assembly and soldering
- Fabricating, terminating, and testing wire harnesses
- Installing RF boxes, crimping, and bonding panels
- Working with torque tools and standard electronics test equipment
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years of aerospace or avionics assembly experience
- Experience in an ESD-controlled environment with tool accountability processes
- Hands-on experience with soldering, multimeters, and basic electronics test equipment
- Wire harness fabrication, termination, and testing experience
- Strong mechanical assembly skills and ability to work to aerospace standards/specifications
