Lead Data Engineer

Overview We at Coforge are seeking an experienced Lead Data Engineer with strong experience in Snowflake/Snowpipe, SQL, Python/PySpark, Data Modeling, Data Vault, Kafka, and development of Azure‑based data platforms. Experience in query optimization is required. This is an onsite role located in Chicago, IL. Responsibilities Hands-on senior developer with strong experience in Snowflake and Python/PySpark Develop Azure-based data platforms, including ADLS, ADF, Databricks, and CI/CD automation Implement Data Vault models and Kafka-based streaming solutions Lead development of data pipelines and ensure performance and scalability Understand differences between virtual warehouse and serverless compute Qualifications 10+ years of data engineering experience Expertise in Snowflake/Snowpipe, SQL, Python/PySpark Experience with Data Vault modeling and Kafka streaming Experience with Azure data services (ADLS, ADF, Databricks) CI/CD automation and hands-on deployment #J-18808-Ljbffr COFORGE Marketing
