Our organization is in search of a Board Eligible/Board Certified Endocrinologist to address the increasing need for Diabetes and Endocrinology services at our facility in Lafayette, Indiana.

The ideal candidate will prioritize clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. We seek someone with outstanding interpersonal abilities who is eager to foster strong community connections and establish enduring relationships with patients. The physician will collaborate effectively to ensure the delivery of top-notch patient care.

• Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

• Average outpatient volume: 12 - 15 patients daily

• Average inpatient consults: 0 - 4 per week

• Shared call responsibilities

• Access to extensive resources, including onsite Clinical Diabetes Educators

• Opportunities for outreach to nearby locations

• Common Diagnoses include:

  • Type I Diabetes

  • Type II Diabetes

  • Insulin pumps

  • Continuous Glucose Monitoring

  • Primary Hyperparathyroidism

  • Hyperthyroidism and Hypothyroidism

  • Thyroid nodules and thyroid cancer

  • Hypogonadism

  • Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome

  • Pituitary-Adrenal Disorders

• Doctorate - Required
• Physician License (MD/DO) - Required upon hire
• Board Certification in Specialty Discipline (or eligibility if applicable) - Required upon hire
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association - Required upon hire
