Weyerhaeuser Company is seeking a frontline leader for our Badham export facility in Cottageville, South Carolina. As a log yard supervisor, you will lead safety and environmental performance, oversee daily operations, and support a team of hourly operators. This salaried, exempt role reports to the export manager. Key functions include leading by example in safety, supervising and supporting the team, ensuring all site environmental program requirements are met, developing team capabilities to achieve operational excellence, planning, coordinating, and supervising daily production and maintenance activities, managing administrative responsibilities, and coordinating inbound log flow, yard processing, and outbound container shipping.

Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in forestry, marketing, business, maintenance, or related field with 3+ years of relevant experience, or 10+ years of related experience. Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience is required. Demonstrated commitment to safety, knowledge of industrial safety practices and OSHA requirements, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other computer systems, ability to plan, organize and manage multiple activities and priorities, knowledge of container shipping/exporting operations, strong initiative, problem-solving ability, and innovation mindset, exceptional communication skills - written, oral, and listening, excellent teamworking skills, and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
