Physical Therapist Assistant

Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to provide compassionate, hands-on care to geriatric and sub-acute residents in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, deliver therapeutic exercises and mobility training, and carefully document resident progress. In our collaborative, patient-focused environment, you will partner with nursing and interdisciplinary teams, participate in care planning, and access ongoing clinical support and professional development to grow your skills and impact seniors’ quality of life.
