The Department of Neurology, along with the Neurosciences Institute within our organization, is on the lookout for fellowship-trained Board Certified/Board Eligible Vascular Neurologists to enhance our distinguished faculty at Albany Medical College. This is a remarkable chance to engage in academic vascular neurology at one of the nation’s esteemed “Top 100” Stroke Hospitals, recognized as a New York State-designated Comprehensive Stroke Center .

Position Highlights:

• Academic Environment: Participate in impactful teaching and mentorship for medical students, neurology residents, and vascular neurology fellows at Albany Medical College, one of the oldest private medical institutions in the country.
• Clinical Scope: Involve yourself in a well-rounded mix of inpatient and outpatient care, supported by skilled Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), with a flexible call schedule .
• Collaborative Team: Become part of a multidisciplinary team that includes vascular neurologists, neurointensivists, neurosurgeons, stroke-trained nurse practitioners, and a dedicated 5-member neuroendovascular team available around the clock.
