HVAC Service Technician

Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service and act in the customer's best interest at all times. Perform preventive maintenance for new and existing customers and respond to on‑demand service calls for down HVAC systems. Maintain service van according to company SOP and ensure proper stocking for daily operations. Follow all workplace and driving safety standards and regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Document service performed and recommendations in applicable forms, reports, logs, and records. Qualifications and Requirements Relevant HVAC training program or apprenticeship is a plus. Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HVAC technician. Valid driver’s license and EPA certification; NATE certification and Master Heat Pump Technician a plus. Strong technical knowledge, excellent problem‑solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills. Ability to work in various conditions, including confined spaces and at heights; physical stamina and dexterity.
