LPN / RN - Memory CareAnam Care & Anam Glen | Rockford, IllinoisShifts: Full-Time | 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM -8:00 PM | Every Other Weekend & Occasional HolidaysJoin a team that makes a meaningful difference every day.Anam Care and Anam Glen, a trusted assisted living memory care community in Rockford, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with residents living with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia, helping provide a safe, supportive, and dignified environment.We are looking for someone who is caring, dependable, and passionate about memory care.
