Sapphire Ridge Health & Rehabilitation in beautiful Brevard, North Carolina is looking for an experienced Director of Nursing to lead our clinical team.

Present on the floor and connected to residents and staff
Comfortable holding people accountable while still supporting the team
Survey-ready, detail-oriented, and proactive
Someone who believes problems are meant to be identified, addressed, and fixed — not ignored
A partner to the Administrator and leadership team
Someone who understands that great nursing starts with knowing your residents
