Physical Therapist

We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) to join a multidisciplinary team in a supportive rehab environment. Key Responsibilities Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for patients with various diseases and impairments. Providing in-house therapy services with progressive treatment modalities. Collaborating with team members to ensure a positive rehabilitation experience for patients and their families. Qualifications Graduation from an accredited therapy program. Licensure in the state of practice. Previous rehabilitation experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred.
