Job Title Scrum Master – P&C Insurance Location Local to Columbus OH Only! Responsibilities Facilitate Agile ceremonies by organizing and leading daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Coach and mentor the team on Agile/Scrum principles and practices, fostering self‑organization and cross‑functional collaboration. Proactively remove impediments and track progress to ensure productivity. Support backlog management with the Product Owner: grooming, prioritization, and alignment with business objectives (regulatory compliance, new product rollouts). Track and communicate metrics such as team velocity, sprint progress, and release readiness to stakeholders. Leverage P&C domain knowledge to align technical solutions with business needs and complex insurance workflows. Essential Skills Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives). Team coaching and mentoring. Impediment removal. Backlog management support. Metrics and reporting. Domain alignment with P&C knowledge. Desirable Skills Project Management Insurance Domain (P&C) Experience Required 8-10 #J-18808-Ljbffr
