Hospitalist Program
APP will provide advanced clinical care for admitted patients

Responsibilities include admissions, daily rounding, discharges, care transitions, diagnostic interpretation, treatment planning, and participation in quality/safety initiatives
Acute Care certification required (ACNP/AGACNP for NPs or PA with acute care experience)
