We're seeking a talented and driven individual to join our team as a Customer Relations Representative at our branches in Gray and Windham!

In this dynamic role, you'll play a vital part in meeting the financial needs of both new and existing customers. You'll identify opportunities to develop customer relationships, deliver friendly and efficient customer service during daily bank transactions, and actively promote our various business lines with the goal of growing our customer base.

While your "home branch" will be in Gray, because our branches function as part of a team and provide support to each other, this role will include travel to assist in our Windham branch as needed.

What we're looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Self-motivated and career-minded individuals who have a drive to grow.
• Previous sales and cash-handling experience preferred.
• Excellent internal and external customer service skills, with a knack for building relationships.
• Basic computer system knowledge to navigate our systems.
• Availability on Saturday mornings is necessary.
• Willingness to travel in between branches.
