Professional Dental Receptionist: Join a Collaborative, Patient-Focused Team
Oakhurst Dental Associates is seeking a welcoming and organized Dental Receptionist to manage our front-office operations. This position is ideal for a proactive multitasker who thrives in a small-team environment and enjoys building positive relationships with patients. As the first point of contact for our practice, you will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for every person who walks through our doors.
We are a dedicated, single-doctor private practice supported by a close-knit team consisting of one hygienist and one assistant. At Oakhurst Dental Associates, we emphasize a "patient-first" philosophy. We maintain a professional yet warm workplace culture where teamwork and a pleasant disposition are highly valued.
Pay
$34,200~$43,700 per year

Job Description
Greet patients warmly upon arrival and manage the check-in/check-out process.
Coordinate patient scheduling and maintain an efficient daily appointment flow.
Answer multi-line phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage office correspondence.
Maintain organized patient records and handle basic administrative tasks.
Multitask effectively to support the clinical team and ensure office productivity.
Assist with insurance verification and payment processing.

Monday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
