The Sales Development Specialist will support pipeline growth by identifying prospects, initiating outreach, qualifying opportunities, leading sales training efforts, and setting appointments for services related to debt resolution, fiduciary coordination, and legal service support. Engagement Details

● Role Type: Contract-to-hire

● Compensation: $3,500 base plus 5% above base, based on performance and contract terms to be discussed during the interview process

Key Responsibilities

• Leading and mentoring sales associates to improve outreach and qualification
• Researching and identifying prospective clients and referral partners
• Conducting outbound calls, emails, and follow‑ups

• Scheduling consultations and ensuring timely follow‑up
• Maintaining accurate CRM records and collaborating with leadership

● Experience in sales development, appointment setting, lead generation, client intake, customer service, financial services, legal services, or professional services outreach.

● Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly.

● Comfortable making outbound calls and following up consistently with prospects and referral sources.

● Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple leads and priorities at once.
