Responsibilities:

• Provide inpatient psychiatric nursing care to adult patients with mental health needs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, including breathing treatments when necessary.
• Monitor patient behavior and safety, ensuring low restraint and violence rates through established protocols.
• Document patient care and progress accurately in EMR systems like EPIC.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team, including security, pharmacy, and psychiatry professionals.
