Join a fast-paced manufacturing team as a Packaging Technician responsible for operating and troubleshooting packaging equipment, supporting setup and production, and ensuring accurate batch documentation in a regulated environment. This hands-on role requires attention to detail, strong teamwork, and commitment to safety and quality, with potential for full-time conversion.



Pay : $20/hr

Schedule : Mon-Wed 5:45am-4:30pm and Thu 5:45am-3:30pm

Type of Job : Contract (6 months) with possible to be converted full-time

Location : Gainesville, GA

Manufacturing Packaging Technician Daily Tasks: What you will do:

• Operate packaging equipment including printers, coders, labelers, vision systems, tray assemblers, heat tunnels, dryers, and forklifts.
• Assist with setup, changeovers, and troubleshooting of packaging equipment.
• Complete batch records, product reconciliations, and production documentation accurately.
• Perform data entry for packaging activities, downtime tracking, and production yields.
• Request and manage packaging materials, components, and production supplies.
• Maintain waste materials in designated storage areas and comply with hazardous waste procedures.

Manufacturing Packaging Technician Qualifications/Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of manufacturing or production experience (3+ years preferred).
• 12+ months of packaging or similar production experience preferred.
• Ability to operate, set up, and troubleshoot packaging equipment in a manufacturing environment.
