Posting Summary Posting Number Posting Number S00659P Position Title Position Type Position Type Classified Department Department Retention and Student Engagement The Coordinator of the Testing Center will support the Director in managing the daily operations of the department of Assessment Services. The position will be responsible for the successful execution of testing services for new and continuing students, as well as community members. Qualifications Education: Associate’s degree Experience: Previous work experience in an office setting, preferably in higher education; previous experience managing staff Knowledge: Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with higher education policies and procedures Skills: Excellent customer service, strong verbal and written communication skills, accurate with attention to detail Responsibilities

1. Assists the Director in the management of the daily operations of the testing center.
2. Facilitate the administration of placement testing for on-campus and off-campus students.
3. Oversee the proctoring services for students, as well as community members who seek remote testing services.
4. Facilitate testing services for national, regional, state and local organizations.
5. Administer college placement tests for new and continuing students.
6. Support the maintenance and security of testing materials, procedures, and facilities.
7. Maintain accurate records of services provided to students and community members and develops reports on activities as needed.
8. Distribute information regarding the assessment of prior learning.
9. Collaborates with appropriate college departments to provide services to students.
10. Serve on college-wide committees.
11. Performs other job-related duties as assigned by supervisor.
