What You'll Do

As a Class A CDL Truck Driver , you'll safely transport equipment, materials, and supplies between jobsites while ensuring every delivery is completed professionally, efficiently, and safely.
Your day may include:

• Safely operating a tractor trailer throughout Hawai?i
• Transporting equipment, construction materials, and earthen products to scheduled locations
• Securing trailers and cargo properly before transport
• Completing thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Reporting maintenance or mechanical concerns promptly
• Following all DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company safety standards
• Maintaining accurate driving logs and delivery documentation
• Manually unloading materials and equipment when required
• Representing Alpha professionally with customers, vendors, and project teams
• Keeping assigned equipment clean, organized, and ready for the next day's work

Qualifications

You'll be successful if you have:

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL)
• Minimum 2 years of CDL driving experience
• Clean driving record meeting DOT requirements
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to climb on, under, and around equipment safely
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail with documentation and inspections
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High integrity and commitment to safe operations

Requirements (Conditions of Employment)
