Weekly Home Time Regional CDL-A Driver Needed Southwest Runs

We are hiring Class A drivers for a Southwest regional lane offering predictable weekly schedules, strong per-mile pay, and newer equipment. This position is ideal for drivers who want to stay productive on the road while still getting regular time at home. Only 3 months of experience required. Route & Schedule Details Regional runs throughout the Southwest Average ~ 1,800 miles per week Home weekly for a full 34-hour reset Freight is no-touch Mix of drop & hook (50–60%) and live unloads (40–50%) Operate 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadias & Kenworth trucks Reliable freight volume year-round Pay & Incentives Base pay: $.54 – $.60 CPM (based on experience) $1,000 sign‑on bonus Detention pay: $12.50/hour after 2 hours Layover / breakdown pay: $100 per day Performance bonus: Up to +3 CPM for safety, productivity & mileage Driver Benefits Weekly direct deposit Paid orientation Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision & 401(k) Supportive dispatch and operations team Stable regional freight network ✅ Minimum Requirements Valid Class A CDL At least 3 months of recent tractor-trailer experience Must be 21 years or older Safe driving history preferred Must be authorized to work in the United States About ASB Freight Co.: ASB Freight Co. is a family-operated logistics company built on reliability, safety, and driver-focused values.
