Overview

Our organization has been a prominent provider of obstetrics and gynecology services in the Virginia Beach area for over three decades. Currently, our practice includes 9 OBGYNs, 2 full-time GYN specialists, 2 full-time Urogynecologists, and 4 Nurse Practitioners. We are excited to announce plans for further expansion in both OBGYN and Nurse Practitioner roles within the upcoming year.

We are in search of a third fellowship-trained Urogynecologist who is board eligible or board certified to join our dedicated team.

Position Details

This is a full-time opportunity to become part of our large, single-specialty private OB/GYN group within the next two years.

Our Urogynecology Team Includes:

• 2 fellowship-trained Urogynecologists (1 board certified and 1 board eligible)
• 2 Urogynecology Nurse Practitioners
• Onsite pelvic floor physical therapy services with a full-time MSPT and LPTA
• 2 Urogyn RN Nurse Navigators
• A complete Medical Assistant team

We currently operate from 3 offices, featuring a dedicated urogyn procedure room (with plans to expand to two rooms) for various procedures including neuromodulation, Botox, cystoscopies, and urodynamic testing.

Urogynecological surgeries are conducted at Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital (equipped with 3 robots), Sentara Princess Anne (1 robot), and the VB Ambulatory Center.

There is no call coverage required for private patients, as this is managed by the on-call OB/GYN team. However, candidates should expect to cover approximately 4-6 nights of ER call per month, with some shifts compensated by the hospital.
