Key Responsibilities of the Rn Registered Nurse

as a vital clinical leader, the rn registered nurse will oversee the following:

• clinical oversight: maintain accurate documentation of resident assessments and individualized care plans.

• treatment management: administer medications and treatments per physician orders while coordinating with the pharmacy for refills.

Qualifications

• license: active and current rn registered nurse license in the state of wisconsin.

• clinical skills: strong judgment, critical thinking, and proficiency with ehr systems.
