Reporting to an experienced Therapy Services Manager and supported by a Lead SLP, the Speech Pathologist will practice alongside friendly nurses and a diverse healthcare professional team—physicians, APPs, PT/OT, respiratory therapy, case management, and social work—to deliver bedside diagnostics, swallow and cognitive-linguistic evaluations, individualized treatment plans, family education, and safe discharge recommendations. The role enjoys interdisciplinary rounds, specialty consult availability, quality dashboards, mentorship for VFSS/FEES if credentialed, dedicated schedulers, and outcome-driven protocols that make patient care efficient and rewarding.
