The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of TIG welding experience and be committed to precision and quality. Responsibilities include welding stainless steel and other metals, reading blueprints, inspecting welds, and collaborating with the production team. Preferred candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, with trade school experience a plus.
