Key Responsibilities Diagnose and troubleshoot residential electrical systems and safety issues Perform code-compliant repairs and upgrades, including panels, wiring, devices, lighting, EV chargers, generators, and more Conduct full system evaluations and clearly explain findings to homeowners Present options and upfront pricing so customers can make informed decisions Use a tablet/service app to document work, create options, and close out jobs Requirements 3 or more years of residential service electrical experience preferred Strong troubleshooting skills and pride in quality workmanship Professional communication and customer-focused mindset Valid driver's license and clean driving record Comfortable using mobile devices and service software Journeyman license preferred, not required Pay and Benefits Full-time, W-2 employment.
