What You'll Do:

• Assist in a variety of surgical procedures including neuro, ortho trauma, general, GYN, laparoscopic, ENT, plastics, and urology cases
• Prepare operating rooms with surgical equipment, sterile supplies, and instruments
• Support trauma cases, including Level I trauma surgeries, GSWs, thoracotomies, and organ donation procedures
• Assist with complex neuro surgeries such as craniotomies, VP shunt placements, and neuro spine procedures
• Work with DaVinci XI robotic system and other advanced surgical technology
• Maintain sterile field and ensure patient safety throughout surgical procedures
• Collaborate with surgical team to ensure efficient case flow and patient care

What You Need:

• License and certification as a CST (Certified Surgical Tech)
• BCLS certification
• Minimum of 2 years of surgical tech experience
• Trauma Level I experience (CORE 1: 3s and 4s in Neuro and Trauma; MUST HAVE Level I Trauma)
• Skills in neuro, ortho trauma, neuro spine, basic craniotomy, VP shunt, PV-RX AAA, thrombectomies, trauma, organ donation, thoracotomies, urology, general, GYN, laparoscopic, ENT, plastics, maxillofacial, and gynecological procedures

• Experience with Da Vinci robotic system
• Additional scopes or flap skills
