HealthYes Talent Partners is seeking a Florida-licensed Registered Nurse for a full-time outpatient opportunity with a specialty medical practice in Broward County. This position is ideal for an RN who enjoys direct patient care, assisting with office-based procedures, and working closely with physicians in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and obtain vital signs and medical histories
• Provide pre- and post-procedure monitoring
• Prepare examination and procedure rooms
• Assist physicians with in-office procedures
• Administer medications as ordered
• Maintain sterile technique and follow infection-control protocols
• Educate patients regarding treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care
• Coordinate patient flow and document care accurately in the electronic medical record
• Recognize changes in patient condition and respond appropriately

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Florida Registered Nurse license
• Current BLS certification required
• ACLS certification preferred
• Associate or bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited program
• ENT, ambulatory surgery, outpatient, or procedural-care experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and patient-education skills
• Comfortable assisting with office-based procedures
• Proficiency with electronic health records
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
