About The Role:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Archer Configurator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring and maintaining the RSA Archer platform to support various business processes, particularly in risk management and compliance. This role requires a deep understanding of the Archer tool and the ability to customize it to meet the specific needs of our organization
Key Responsibilities:
- Platform Configuration: Configure and maintain the RSA Archer platform to ensure it meets organizational requirements.
- Customization: Customize the tool to support specific business processes, including workflows, data fields, and reporting.
- Integration: Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate Archer with other systems and data sources.
- User Support: Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they can effectively use the tool.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Compliance: Ensure that the configuration of Archer complies with relevant regulations and internal policies.
