- Lead the design and implementation of our CRM, VMS, and Job-Board platforms using Java and related frameworks.
- Collaborate with product owners, UI/UX designers, and QA to translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable code.
- Conduct and participate in peer code reviews to uphold code quality and best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing services for performance, reliability, and security.
- Stay current on emerging Java technologies, industry trends, and software-development best practices-and evangelize them within the team.
- Must be located in Round Rock, TX-or willing to relocate.
- Proven track record as a Java Developer, ideally with CRM, VMS, or Job-Board system implementations.
- Deep expertise in Java (Java 8+), Spring Framework (Boot, MVC, Data, Security), and ecosystem tools.
- Hands-on experience with RESTful (and optionally SOAP) web services, relational databases (e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL), and ORM frameworks (Hibernate/JPA).
- Familiarity with recruiting-technology concepts: workflows, integrations (e.g. resume parsing, job-board feeds), and analytics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for clean, well-tested code.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable mentoring junior developers.
- Work on impactful, high-visibility projects at the forefront of staffing-tech innovation.
