Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide comprehensive anesthesia care to patients of all ages within an independent, all-CRNA practice offering significant clinical autonomy across multiple campus locations.

Position Highlights: Practice in an independent, all-CRNA model with a high level of autonomy and professional responsibility Provide anesthesia services for neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations Perform regional anesthesia techniques including spinal, epidural, and ultrasound-guided nerve blocks Provide coverage across multiple organizational locations, with mileage reimbursement when applicable Collaborate with physicians, staff, and interdisciplinary teams while maintaining strong communication and patient care standards Report directly to the Anesthesiology Director and participate in ongoing quality assurance and risk management processes Schedule includes 80 hours biweekly with a mix of day/night shifts, approximately 5 6 call weekends per year, and weekday call rotation after orientation

Qualifications: Current Minnesota RN and APRN licensure required NBCRNA certification required Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required Minimum 3 years of independent CRNA experience preferred Experience with regional anesthesia techniques preferred
