Dental Hygienist

Position Overview Dental Hygienist (Part‑Time – 8 hours/week) at Gardner Packard Clinic in Atherton, CA. Under general supervision of the Dental Director, the Hygienist provides preventive and therapeutic dental care to patients at Gardner Health Services. As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), we are committed to providing comprehensive, high‑quality healthcare to underserved and diverse populations. The Hygienist plays a critical role in preserving natural dentition, improving oral health outcomes, and expanding access to dental care regardless of a patient’s ability to pay. Minimum Qualifications Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene from an ADA‑accredited program. Licensure: Active and unrestricted state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist. Certifications: Current CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a community health center or FQHC setting. Bilingual skills (e.g., Spanish, Vietnamese) highly desirable. Experience with underserved or high‑need populations. Compensation Hourly: $48.00 – $53.00, based on relevant experience and education.
