We’re Hiring: Market Manager (Store Manager)

New York, NY | $75,000–$100,000 Base Salary

FM&A is partnering with a premium food market to find a hands-on leader with a passion for exceptional service, strong operations, and developing people.

What You’ll Do

Oversee daily market operations, guest service, and product presentation.
Manage sales performance, labor, purchasing, inventory, and cost controls.
Train, coach, and develop team members and department leaders.
Maintain food quality, food safety, and sanitation standards.
Lead from the floor during peak periods and build a culture of accountability and teamwork.

What We’re Looking For

Supervisory or management experience in food retail or hospitality.
Strong understanding of sales, labor, margins, and inventory management.
An approachable leader who thrives in a high-volume environment.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team development skills.
Experience with POS systems and basic business software.
Availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
