Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid credentials as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
• Prior clinical experience in an ICU, NICU, ER, or general medical unit is highly desirable
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Active state licensure (or eligibility for licensure)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive respiratory care to patients of all ages, including neonates through adults
• Conduct assessments, implement treatment plans, and monitor therapy effectiveness in collaboration with providers
• Respond to code situations and provide emergency airway management
• Manage ventilators and advanced respiratory support equipment
• Accurately document treatments, interventions, and patient progress
