Title Registered Dental Hygienist Job Description Preventative & Periodontal Care: Deliver comprehensive dental cleanings, detailed scaling and root planing, and routine oral cancer screenings. Diagnostic Imaging: Capture high-quality dental X-rays to assist with accurate diagnostic workflows. Patient Advocacy & Education: Empower patients through personalized oral health instruction and custom hygiene strategies. Clinical Documentation: Maintain precise, meticulous electronic dental records and patient treatment logs. Team Collaboration: Partner alongside our dentists and assistants to maintain an efficient, 5-star standard of patient care. Requirements Basic life support Cardiopulmonary resuscitation Dentrix Eaglesoft Licensed dental hygienist Open Dental Licensure: Active and unencumbered Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in Washington State. Certifications: Valid, current CPR / BLS certification. Soft Skills: A warm, empathetic chairside manner paired with a positive, solutions-oriented team mindset. Technical Familiarity: Prior experience navigating dental practice management software is highly preferred but not required.
