2 nd shift Heat Treat operator?
Hours 3:30 p.m. - 2 a.m.
Description: load and unload baskets for heat treat prep. As well as unload baskets post heat treat. They will also update data production logs, and update MRP/ERP. Demonstrate the ability to correctly interpret work orders to verify raw material lot control number, basic print reading to verify part identification.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Loads parts into furnace
- Ensures furnace temperature and specifications are within range for the required heat treating operation
- Completes certifications and documents graphs to ensure data records are preserved
- Performs minor maintenance on furnaces and equipment
- Completes quenching as required
Compensation $22-$28 DOE.
